At The Green Fig Deli, we believe a great quiche starts with patience and the finest ingredients. Our signature crusts are chilled, rolled, and blind-baked to buttery, flaky perfection before being filled with a rich, silky custard and the season’s best local produce.
From the heart of my kitchen in De Krijgsman to your dining table, these quiches are designed for sharing. Whether it’s for a slow Sunday brunch, a cozy family gathering, or a "too tired to cook" weeknight hero, our quiches bring a touch of artisanal comfort to every meal.

Margie’s Magic Loaf bread mix has been so popular at our markets that we’re adding it to our pantry offerings. It’s so easy it’s fool proof! Not a baker? No problem we’ve got you covered.
My Aunt Margie has wowed her dinner guests with this loaf for decades, it reminds me of a South African Cape Seed Loaf but only better. A perfect base for her 80’s Salmon Mouse. I love it smothered in salty butter or topped with chicken liver pate.

Gluten
All The Green Fig Deli baked goods are available using gluten-free products. Mention your gluten-free requirement in the comments box please. The gluten-free cakes are made in the same kitchen as the other cakes & cupcakes which contain gluten. If you have an allergy, I unfortunately cannot prepare your order.

Gluten
Alle The Green Fig Deli baked goods zijn verkrijgbaar met glutenvrije producten. Vermeld je glutenvrije eis in het opmerkingenveld. De glutenvrije taarten worden in dezelfde keuken gemaakt als de andere taarten & cupcakes die gluten bevatten. Als je een allergie hebt, kan ik je bestelling helaas niet bereiden.
